Take Exit 104
off of I-5
From HWY 101, take the Black Lake Blvd. exit
Turn right onto Black Lake Blvd.
Turn left onto Cooper Point Road, which is the first intersection on
Black Lake Blvd.
Travel for about one mile through three traffic lights
Take second right, which is Conger Ave. N.W.
Turn right into the first parking lot (just past the running track)
Drive straight through the parking lot to the gym (on your left)
